    No snacks before, during or after the Super Bowl. I did eat dinner during halftime: 3 pieces of fried chicken (breast, 2 wings).Sipped on Diet Coke.I sent a text message to a friend in the 3rd Qtr. He said he was miserable from eating so much stuff (or did he use the term ‘junk’?) – I was like “Hey, I did not snack at all and I FEEL GREAT!” And I truly did.I don’t want to sound overconfident so early in the program, but I think I’m past the between meal ‘cravings’.-CL

    I want to understdand this “plan” of yours, it really sounds too good and easy to be true.You are eating whatever food you want including those onion rings three times a day and are not having any snacks. Is that right?And no second helpings, is that right?No keeping track for calories,fat grams or carbs? I am thinking about tring this out I need to lose a 100 pounds or more and I get frustrated with dieting.Thank you for giving me a new way to look at my problem.Obese in Nashville Tennessee
