Nashville 2nd Grader Comments On Presidents Address To School Children

This Nashville 2nd grader was unable to watch the president address school children on Tuesday because the speech aired during her lunch hour. On Wednesday her class watched the president give his speech on their teacher’s computer.

“The president said we should stay in school because if we get a job and don’t finish school we won’t know how to do our job right and he said that if I get a bad grade it doesn’t mean I am stupid, it means I need to try harder and study more. I liked watching him talk to children.”
