"Keeping the Faith: Family History Research in Nashville’s Religious Archives" Workshop At Bellevues 50 Forward Center

Nashville’s first Baptist church building was built 1820-21 on Spring St. (now Church). The second church building was erected in built 1834 and replaced in 1886 by a new building that included Sunday school classrooms, on Broadway and Vine (now 7th).

The Society of Tennessee Archivists recently announced a new workshop opportunity for those interested in learning more about historical records, manuscripts, and other documents held in Nashville’s religious archives.
